You will never have significant success in anything until it becomes an obsession with you. An obsession is something that consumes your thoughts, time and actions. You can also refer this as “Passion”.  When you have “Passion” you do not need things or people to motivate you, inspire you, push you or light your fire.  Passion is like a burning inferno that moves you into massive action that knows no such thing as defeat, discouragement, disappointment, despair or double mindedness.  Passion eliminates fear and doubt as well as procrastination.

The reason so many people walk around dead, uninspired, unmotivated, discouraged, defeated and lethargic lives is because they are not passionate about what they are doing.  Until you become passionate about financial freedom you will always struggle with lack and shortage, until you get passion for getting better and doing better you will stay at your current level and never progress forward.  Many people mistake excitement with passion.  Excitement is like a vapor of alcohol that catches fire and makes a bright flame but soon goes out and disappears as the alcohol evaporates.

Passion is like the internal lava of a volcano a perpetual mass of burning energy. In business, once your passion goes down so does your business and income.  And unless you keep the fires of passion burning and alive your dreams, business and income will go out!  Never leave the responsibility of your passion in the hands of another.  The fact is nobody can flame the fires of passion in our heart except us

Get “Inspired” to “Aspire” To Be All You Can Be…

In a world that is saturated with doubt, hatred, evil, jealously, fear and every other negative element you can think of it is virtually impossible not to be affected by those things.  The negatives of life are like roaring crashing waves pounding against your dreams, desires and aspirations.  If we let the negative elements of life get to us they will kill our inspiration and dreams.  The key is to always keep yourself “Inspired” to “Aspire” to be all you can be and develop into the Champion God designed you to be.

Inside of you God has placed inherent Greatness, but it is your “Responsibility” to take that raw material within and develop it without.  Don’t let the negatives of the world beat you down and take you out.  Refuse to let negative people to control your life, dreams and future.  Never surrender your inner power to anyone or anything.  You are in control at all times, even when things are not going your way and you are a bit behind the eight ball.  Even during the times or seasons we lose, which happens to all of us, we are still in control of things in our life.

No matter what happens to us or what does not happen for us, those elements cannot control the one and most important factor in life and this is our “Attitude”.  Sure life gets hard at times, we do not always win every game, we strike out, we drop the ball, we mess up but that is part of the process we must go through on our Journey to achieve those things we desire.  You must believe in yourself because we believe in you but most importantly God believes in you!

There are number of proactive things we can do to keep inspired and to continually move toward our utmost potential.  Let’s take a look at what some of those things are.

1. Association with Leaders One of the greatest things about the industry of Network Marketing is the fact that you can associate, work with and get trained by “Certified Millionaires”.  A certified Millionaire is one that actually makes the money from that industry…and can prove it!  Associating with those with small dreams, small minds and live in a world of blame the world for failure will bring you down and eventually take you out.  You can also associate with leaders by reading their books, listening to their audio programs and going to their seminars. 

2. Invest In Yourself   Far too many people who have big screen televisions in their home, the latest smart-phones, and entertainment systems tell you that they could never invest a thousand dollars in a program that could teach them how to create sustainable wealth.  They are the ones to also say they are too busy to read and have no time to attend any seminars.  Our financial condition is a snap shot or the result of our investment into our life. 

3. Activate the Law of Activity The biggest dream, the loftiest ambition, the grandest goals are nothing but invisible vapor producing nothing until action, activity, work, planning and implementation is applied to them.  If you do nothing, nothing will happen.  Take massive action to change things if you are not happy with the results you are now getting. Remember what Donald Trump says; “Hope is Not a Plan” Hoping things to get better without you doing the necessary things for situations to improve is a blue print for disaster, disappoint and despair.  If you are going to use hope in your life, give yourself a concrete reason for “hope” that is based on action and activity. 

4. Dare To Be Great  I recently attended a business breakfast where the key-note speaker was the CEO of a major corporation.  He said something that has stuck with me this past week and I want to pass it on to you.  The guest speaker told us in his presentation… 

“Don’t be afraid to Fail, rather be afraid

Of Succeeding at things that don’t Matter”.

It doesn’t take any courage, skill or talent to give up or quit when things get tough. It is easy to get caught up in the poison of busy work fooling ourselves to believe we are accomplishing things.  However, to release the Millionaire within you, to keep Inspired in order for you to Aspire to all that it takes courage, grit, determination, persistence, investment in yourself, and bull-dog power not to let up, let go or let loose until you obtain all things you want to get out of life.

If Someone Says “No” To Your Offer…Hire Them!

What do most professionals do when a prospect tells them No to their offer?  They will do one of two things.

1. They will go away feeling rejected and defeated with a giant hole in their ego

2. They will become the world’s biggest pest until the customer kicks them out or finally resentfully buys…then cancels.

But there is a 3^rd and better way!  When someone says No to your offer, chances are very high they know someone who would say Yes to your offer, and if you are willing to pay them enough for that referral they will go to their data base like a deep-sea diver.  When someone says No to my offer, I tell them I understand, my offer is not a fit for everyone.  Then I show them five $100.00 crisp bills and say, but if you do know anyone that is looking for this (whatever I am offering), these five $100.00 bills are yours as a referral thank you.

Your eyes will bug out of your head when you see how quick a rude, no time for you, not interested in your product person suddenly now becomes your Best Friend!  I had many a No’s turned instantly around and buy my product and then say…”Now how many people can I refer to you?”  It is the perfect Painless Conversion plan to turn strangers into loyal customers that becomes a referral machine for you.

Using this method of marketing and selling will drastically turn a negative situation into a fabulous situation and cause your income to go up and make a lot of new friends as well as contacts.  Far too many people say that money is not that important (those are the stupid ones) yet it is amazing what happens to those same people when you put nice warm fuzzy one hundred dollars bills under their nose.  Their eyes get glazed over, a smile comes upon their face and although they were as mean as a junk yard dog, they now have become as docile as a baby lamb.

I once handed a man who purchased some gift certificates at our retail outlet our book The Millionaire Within as a thank you gift.  He looked at the book, and then threw it on the counter and said, “I don’t want that damn book, I am not interested in money”.  I jumped up, smiled as big as I could and shook his hand and said, “Wow, you made my day, in 50 years on this planet I never met someone as stupid as you!”  Keep up the good work because I am a hard guy to surprise and shock.

The guy was so stunned, and did not know how to respond, he had a hard time finding the exit door.  He walked away with his lips moving but no words were coming out. I am lucky he didn’t knock my teeth out!

I had another genius when I told him about the $500.00 referral fee say, “Is this some kind of a bribe?  “I said, it can be, is that what you were looking for?”  He replied, “I don’t take bribes…is there any else we can name it?”

What is so great about this method is how much fun you will have. I had one lady ask me after I showed her the five hundred-dollar bills, “Is there any way you could do a thousand”? I said sure…bring me two referrals!  I once paid a CFO of a major medical firm $58,000 in referral fees, that dude was motivated!  Of course he was a major center of influence and had a lot of high quality contacts and network, and I paid him much more than $500.00 for each referral but I asked him one day how he got so motivated…he looked at me and said, “I have kids!”

Here are two given about every professional;

1. They all have contacts and know people
2. They all would pick up $500.00 if they saw it laying on the ground

The Power of Reward

I got a call this morning from someone asking me to financially help them to go on a trip they want to take.  Last week, I got a call from a number of people all asking for favors.  It amazes me that each one of these calls were from people who never took the time to make any deposits in the “Mutual Favor Bank” yet came expecting to make a withdrawal.  It is not that these were bad people, they were just operating on a failure premise that so many people operate on which is this;

“I expect to get my request granted because I have a worthy need”. 

Unfortunately, thousands of professionals and businesses operate their marketing systems the same way; “Please be my customer and buy my products because I have financial needs…desperately”  And with this concept, they go into the marketplace expecting to grow their business and income, only to end up with bitter disappointment.

The legendary Jim Rhon taught me the greatest lesson on how to avoid this pit trap and gain every request, need and desire and do it with “Precision Predictability” and now I pass it on to you.

“Life does not Reward need or want…

It only rewards Deserve” 

Once you grasp and internalize this principal it will blow a hole in your shorts the size of the Grand Canyon! Everyday you must ask yourself this vital question; “Do I deserve to be wealthy?”

Here is the brutal truth to that question.

If you are not investing at least $10,000 a year on your own self improvement and education you don’t deserve to earn a 6 or 7 figure annual income.

If you are not using the best marketing and sales tools money can buy, you don’t deserve to earn a 6 or 7 figure income.

If you are not prospecting on a massive scale everyday, you don’t deserve a 6 or 7 annual income.

If you are not selling on a massive scale everyday, you don’t deserve a 6 or 7 annual income.

If you don’t work so hard that you look in the mirror at the end of the day and say, “Oh my, I have no Ass, I worked it off”…you don’t deserve a 6 or 7 annual income.

Business in today’s economy is not for the faint hearted.  As one successful entrepreneur once said; “It’s no place for people who can’t stand a lot of disappointment”.  That being a true fact, it has to become your mission that you do everything you can and use every marketing tool available to dilute and offset that constant flow of business disappointment and position yourself to Deserve wealth and success.  Consistent, effective and “Painless Prospecting” is a major factor in qualifying you to deserve success.  You will not double and triple your income because you want or need it, that will only happen when you Deserve It!

If most people would hold up their marketing plans to the light of reality and results, they would find it has more holes in it than my fruit of the loom shorts had back 30 years ago when I was marketing ignorant and financially broke!  Back then, my under ware had so many holes it did not matter which one I put my legs through. I think I invented invisible shorts and the first real G string without realizing it.

What you have to understand about effective marketing is…

Marketing not customers create your income.

Marketing is not something you learn, it’s something you do
