You can also refer this as “Passion”.  When you have “Passion” you do not need things or people to motivate you, inspire you, push you or light your fire.  Passion is like a burning inferno that moves you into massive action that knows no such thing as defeat, discouragement, disappointment, despair or double mindedness.  Passion eliminates fear and doubt as well as procrastination.

The reason so many people walk around dead, uninspired, unmotivated, discouraged, defeated and lethargic lives is because they are not passionate about what they are doing.  Until you become passionate about financial freedom you will always struggle with lack and shortage, until you get passion for getting better and doing better you will stay at your current level and never progress forward.  Many people mistake excitement with passion.  Excitement is like a vapor of alcohol that catches fire and makes a bright flame but soon goes out and disappears as the alcohol evaporates.

Passion is like the internal lava of a volcano a perpetual mass of burning energy. In business, once your passion goes down so does your business and income.  And unless you keep the fires of passion burning and alive your dreams, business and income will go out!  Never leave the responsibility of your passion in the hands of another.  The fact is nobody can flame the fires of passion in our heart except us

M.S.I. Multiple Streams of Income

One major Secret of all wealthy entrepreneurs is that they have all learned how to create MSI systems (Multiple Streams of Income) within their company or outside of their company. Let me share a few ideas on how you can start doubling and tripling your income by adding a few of these MSI units to what you are already doing.

Lead generator products.  If you are not using a Free e-book, CD, DVD, Reports and/or Blog as an information product to give away in the marketplace you are leaving thousands of dollars on the table and I promise you your competitors are more than happy to take it!  A lead generating product is inexpensive and extremely easy to create and is very effective in turning complete strangers into loyal customers. CD

They are also the foundation of creating an atmosphere and environment of buying verses one of selling.  People hate to be sold, but love to buy!  In fact, when you become a master at creating the buying environment selling becomes unnecessary.  Most waiters don’t focus on selling but on serving, and you get to take the same approach in the buying atmosphere.

This transforms you from a pushy commission based salesperson, to friend and coach that is playing on their team.  You then list 10 tips that would benefit the consumer who is in the market for a new car.  Who would you feel more comfortable dealing with, the sales professional who sent you this valuable resource, or driving up to almost any car dealership where 10-15 salespeople are standing at the door like wild starved wolves waiting for their next meal? homebasedipad

Marketing and Sales Is A Science

There are not too many people that would deny we are in the midst of a very tough economy.  While this is true and no one would deny it (except some government politicians) this becomes extremely deceiving to the business person and professional because it’s easy to blame the economy as the source of failure or financial problems.

But the truth of the matter is, as hard as this reality is, the bad economy is not to blame for business or financial failure.  The economy has no more of a negative effect on business as it has on affecting the rising of the Sun or the Tide of the Ocean.  The rising of the Sun and the Tide of the Ocean are based on science not economy, and it takes no genius to understand this. However, what is not so easy to see or understand is that business and its life blood sales are based on science and not the economy as well.

Success in business and finances is founded upon set principals that brig about predictable results.  If you take the right actions you will create the right results, it is as simple as that.  When you take daily, massive, consistent, relentless action using the proper system to your target market, the end result will be a constant flow of new customers and sales.  Money does not disappear, it simply moves which requires constant marketing action on your part.

Show me any business that is failing, and all though there will be many contributing factors to the cause, if you look close enough and hard enough you will find some where in the mix was the wrong system of marketing and sales.

If you want to be guaranteed to succeed in your business or career with predictable results in any type of economy, your daily check list must contain these three elements.

“It Doesn’t Make Any Sense”

My older brother Charlie has a saying that drives me and everyone else crazy.  Every time something does not seem logical to him (which is about a thousand times a day) he shouts out, “It doesn’t make any sense”!  Even though his constant statement is as annoying as missing front teeth while eating corn on the cob, it give us a good insight to success and failure in business.

The world of business and the marketplace is a very unique, dynamic to work and serve in because it defies logic and common sense.  However the oxymoron is that although it defies common sense and logic it operates on set principals. Be a Nice Person.  Hey I get it, with all the daily stress in life, dealing with people and all their issues, financial pressures, being an “A” personality and having a pet at home that farts, it is darn hard to be a nice person all the time.  But I have found that having a pocket full of money is the fastest pathway to being a Nice Person!  So the moral of this tip?  Double and triple your income…and for the pet with bad manners, try changing their diet. I think that is what Kramer did with his horse Rusty that ate all those beans.

I got a call this morning from someone asking me to financially help them to go on a trip they want to take.  Last week, I got a call from a number of people all asking for favors.  It amazes me that each one of these calls were from people who never took the time to make any deposits in the “Mutual Favor Bank” yet came expecting to make a withdrawal.  It is not that these were bad people, they were just operating on a failure premise that so many people operate on which is this;

I expect to get my request granted because I have a worthy need”. 

Unfortunately, thousands of professionals and businesses operate their marketing systems the same way; “Please be my customer and buy my products because I have financial needs…desperately”  And with this concept, they go into the marketplace expecting to grow their business and income, only to end up with bitter disappointment.

If you are not investing at least $10,000 a year on your own self improvement and education you don’t deserve to earn a 6 or 7 figure annual income.

If you are not prospecting on a massive scale everyday, you don’t deserve a 6 or 7 annual income.

If you are not selling on a massive scale everyday, you don’t deserve a 6 or 7 annual income.

If you don’t work so hard that you look in the mirror at the end of the day and say, “Oh my, I have no Ass, I worked it off”…you don’t deserve a 6 or 7 annual income.

Business in today’s economy is not for the faint hearted.  As one successful entrepreneur once said; “It’s no place for people who can’t stand a lot of disappointment”.  That being a true fact, it has to become your mission that you do everything you can and use every marketing tool available to dilute and offset that constant flow of business disappointment and position yourself to Deserve wealth and success.  Consistent, effective and “Painless Prospecting” is a major factor in qualifying you to deserve success.  You will not double and triple your income because you want or need it, that will only happen when you Deserve It!

If most people would hold up their marketing plans to the light of reality and results, they would find it has more holes in it than my fruit of the loom shorts had back 30 years ago when I was marketing ignorant and financially broke!  Back then, my under ware had so many holes it did not matter which one I put my legs through. I think I invented invisible shorts and the first real G string without realizing it.

What you have to understand about effective marketing is…

Marketing not customers create your income.

Marketing is not something you learn, it’s something you do
