Significant Success

You will never have significant success in anything until it becomes an obsession with you. An obsession is something that consumes your thoughts, time and actions. You can also refer this as “Passion”.  When you have “Passion” you do not need things or people to motivate you, inspire you, push you or light your fire.  Passion is like a burning inferno that moves you into massive action that knows no such thing as defeat, discouragement, disappointment, despair or double mindedness.  Passion eliminates fear and doubt as well as procrastination.

The reason so many people walk around dead, uninspired, unmotivated, discouraged, defeated and lethargic lives is because they are not passionate about what they are doing.  Until you become passionate about financial freedom you will always struggle with lack and shortage, until you get passion for getting better and doing better you will stay at your current level and never progress forward.  Many people mistake excitement with passion.  Excitement is like a vapor of alcohol that catches fire and makes a bright flame but soon goes out and disappears as the alcohol evaporates.

Passion is like the internal lava of a volcano a perpetual mass of burning energy. In business, once your passion goes down so does your business and income.  And unless you keep the fires of passion burning and alive your dreams, business and income will go out!  Never leave the responsibility of your passion in the hands of another.  The fact is nobody can flame the fires of passion in our heart except us

Personal Human Energy

Personal Human Energy is by far too valuable of an asset to waste.  Therefore never waste it in arguing with people or try to convince someone who is of a different opinion.  The only thing that accomplishes is resentment from both parties, frustration, and energy depletion.  It does not change the other person’s opinions nor does it accomplish anything positive.  There are far too many people who are on the same wave link we are.  Invest your energy in these types of people because it actually increases your energy and creates a win-win success for all involved.

The reason many people fail in business and lose friendships at the same time is because they are trying to make one kind of seed produce another kind of fruit.  Brain Tracy said when your friends and family tell you they are not interested in your opportunity…”Believe Them”.  

What good is prosperity without peace, money without management, success that comes by way of stress?  There is a much better way to prosperity and success and it comes by way of “Principal”.  People get lost in spending all their time in details instead of principal when they should be spending the majority of their focus on principal and the details will take care of themselves.

Money problems and pressure does not come from the economy, lack of talent and ability or a lack of education.  Most of the time those conditions are the result of neglecting principal.  Many people have created a million dollar portfolio on a $40,000 a year income while others ended up broke and bankrupt who had a million dollar annual income.

The key to financial freedom is not how much you earn but how you “Position” what you earn.  The secret is to learn how to take the money you earn and apply “Positional Equity” to it.  Taking some of your paper currency that you now work so hard to accumulate and turn it into Gold currency is one of the best ways to apply positional equity to your income.

Energy of Gold

Never look to mankind for riches for if you do you will stop the flow of prosperity in your life and plug up the energy of money.  The reason being is that money does not come from mankind.  As long as you believe money comes from the marketplace and people you will spend a lot of time and energy trying to figure out how to “sell” and “market” that stems from the internal position of fear and doubt.  All prosperity and wealth comes from our Creator that has already provided and given it to us as well as the system of laws (law of attraction, law of vibration, law of sowing and reaping) to use to bring it to us.

For instance, the Energy of Gold contains one of the highest rates of wealth attraction.  Just owning Gold causes more Gold to be attracted to you, changes the vibration of your mindset and sets up a force around you that calls wealth to you.  God created the high rate of attraction in Gold when He created it in the Garden of Eden.  On the other side of the scale, paper money has very low and weak attraction power to it and that is why most people have a very hard time attracting paper money to them.  Think about it, people have a hard time attracting paper money not because there is a lack of it in the world.  Our government prints the stuff with no end in sight; there is no shortage of paper money.  Paper money has a low voltage of attracting power to it, and it gets weaker by the day because it’s devalued which means it’s full of negative energy.

The main reason most people struggle financially is because they have chose “paper money” over “Gold Money”

Take No B.S. From Anyone…

I believe that as decent moral, integrity based human beings that we should live our life by the Golden Rule and for those of us that are in business we should always go the extra mile, give far more than we ever take and do everything we can to improve our attitude, skills and life so that we can be genuinely a Nice Person.  Our goal should be kind and helpful to people and never do anyone any harm.

Now, that being said, this does not mean you become a door mat for rude, obnoxious people.  In fact, as a professional and business owner you should have a Number One Rule that states “I Tolerate No B.S.” especially from prospects and bad customers!  Over the years I have thrown out Customers and Prospects from Hell that were high paying people, famous people, well known leaders and Celebrities from our books, movies, Mentorship programs because once you tolerate bad behavior from people, they will be taking a dump in every room of your house.

When a Customer from Hell slips past our gates, I throw them out immediately and shove their refund up their butt as I slam the door!  For instance, when someone writes me an unsolicited nasty critical letter, email or post, my first instinct use to be to spend time writing back an apologetic response and trying to explain my point of view in a pleasant manner.

Then one day, it dawned on me, “why in the world am I spending all this time and energy on this worthless bag of shit?”

I need to be focusing all my time and energy on serving the thousands of loyal customers we have and doing everything we can to help them.  There is never any reason why you need to take rude abusive behavior from people just because you need their business or the sale. “Don’t Do It”.

There are unlimited amounts of wonderful, loving, decent, perfect, Ideal Customers out there waiting to enter into a win-win relationship with you. Never disrespect anyone, but never allow anyone to disrespect you either.  We live in a world of ingratitude, I get it.  People are consumed only with their problems and life; that is human nature.  We send out thousands of dollars of Free CD’s, DVD’S, Books, Packages, all postpaid and find out of every 525 gifts we send, we get 2 Thank You replies (and sometimes one of those two thank you notes are Thank you for never contacting me again and that is after the stupid little bastard requested the Free gift in the first place!)

However, we do not send out these Free Gifts to get a Thank You response, if I did I might end up in the Nut House!

My motto is, “Friends to All, Enemies to None”.  When I do have to cut loose a nasty, mean, customer and prospect that snuck out of Hell and somehow landed on my door step I tell them with all sincerity, “I love you, but I can’t stand your presence…your Ass is out of Here!  In closing, my blog today is not to offend anyone but to help everyone learn how to focus on where the real wealth is, and that is serving all those wonderful people that honor and respect you as you do the same for them.

You Have Two Choices

Living in Southern California, I am surrounded with businesses every way I look.  Driving to dinner tonight with my wife Melinda we would see building after building with For Lease signs on them.  On many of them it was just a few months ago that they were open for business only to close its door because they could not financially make it. 

It would be very easy to look at this situation and blame it on the economy, but unfortunately it was not the economy that caused them to fail.  Granted, this economy did demand of them (as it does to all of us) to step up to the plate and deliver.  However, they did not have an economy problem, cash flow problem or even a profit problem; they had a Major Marketing Problem.

In this new demanding economy you have two choices;

Be Diligent In Your Marketing

Or

Become Proficient In Begging

I was recently reading some information Kyle Wilson had sent me.  In case you do not know who Kyle Wilson is, he was the President of Jim Rhon International and was the driving force of producing the International product line for Jim Rhon up until the time Jim Rhon passed away.

As I was on his site, I went to his product and store page and found out that his fee for a One day coaching session is $10,000 plus first class airfare!  I almost needed smelling salts to keep me from fainting. I jumped and yelled, “I am ripping myself off, I charge way to little for my services…Dang Gum It, My Fee’s Are Going Up!”

My shock was not at his fee, but how many had signed up for it and was paying it!  While the majority of people are crying the blues about how hard business is and the economy is so bad, there are thousands of business people out there in every field raking in the dough because there is No Shortage of People out there who are willing to shell it out!

There is only an over abundance of professionals charging to little!  Let this concept roll around in your skull a few times and see if loosens up some Income Insight.  My good friend and business associate Butch Patrick who played “Eddie Munster” in the 1964 hit series “The Munsters” have a Munsters Memorabilia store where we play the show on a big screen TV.  There is one episode where a character shouts out…

“This town if full of fancy Dews”

The majority of our professional population have bought into the lies of this economy making people think that everyone is broke and struggling, when in fact this country and world is really…”Full of Fancy Dews”. 

My advice to you is to go back and Rethink Your Fees, and then consider if you are charging to little.  If you think lowering your price is the key to success you are associating with the wrong crowd.  Lowering your fees doesn’t attract ideal customers, it drives them away and instead attracts customers from Hell and they bring the devil along with them!

Trying To Build Wealth Backwards…

Growing up I was never what you would call “Mechanically Inclined” and perhaps that is why I never liked reading instructions which is why anything I tried to fix or install never came out right.  Unfortunately, most people, professionals and business owners who seek to create and build wealth go about it backwards and this is why they fail to achieve what they seek to accomplish.

Let me give you an example; most people seek to build a company, develop a product or service and put all their energy, time and money into this phase of the business.  Once they exploit this avenue to the tilt they proudly look up and are

 satisfied that it is the best Gizmo that ever hit planet Earth.  Now, after resources are almost depleted, and everyone is worn down and wore out, they go about in the marketplace to sell it.

Big Mistake.  Most of the time this plan leads to bitter disappointment and failure; it is trying to build wealth backwards.  What is the correct way?  This is what only the few know and are unwilling to share with others.  But I am going to revel it to you here.

The most valuable asset of any company is their “List” of customers, clients, prospects and followers.  The first step in building wealth is not building a company, product or service; it is building a “List” which is composed of three elements.

1. Build an Audience
2. Develop a Following
3. Sell Them Products 

You build your list by Lead Generating Products; better known as Free Informational gifts of reports, books, CD’s and DVD’s.  Once they respond to receive your free offer you begin to feed them with more valueable information and then they will on their own accord start to follow you.

Once they start to follow you and you continue to take care of them by solving their problems, and giving them constant value the next organic thing that happens is that they start buying your product line without resistance. 

No more trying to get people to buy things, begging them to sign up on your opportunity, Hell most of the time the stupid bastards won’t even show up to the meeting after they promised you they would and you are left like a glossy eyed Jack Ass pacing the lobby floor tying to call them which of course goes straight to voice mail.

No more cutting prices down so low that all profit is lost just to get the deal.  No more fear of where your next sale or lead is going to come from.  No more headaches, upset stomach and rectal leakage because you just don’t know how you are going to make ends meet this month!

If I had to start from scratch today and if I had no idea what kind of business I wanted to start or product I wanted to sell I would spend 90 percent of my time building my list by giving things away.  You can sustain a very healthy list for a very long time without ever asking them to purchase anything.  This way you have plenty of time to decide what you want to sell and when you are ready, you will have a house full of guest ready to buy!

Now that my friend, is the correct way to build wealth.  Build a List First and then find out what you want to do!
