“Reality Changer”

What you don’t know is what is stopping you and keeping what you want from you.  This is why the weekly studies we give all our 1 Year Mentorship students to study (called module one) is the most important pillar of our entire course.  Neglect that part and you abandon and abort your dreams, goals and progress.  How can you make a cross country trip if you refuse to put the gasoline provided for you in your car?

What I have found is that you can literally “Think Your Customers In” which is nothing more than what Mr. Hill preached over 80 years ago when he wrote “Think and Grow Rich”.

Our subconscious mind is designed to prosper, promote, increase, heal and guide us into every good thing and keep us safe at all times.  And the only thing we need to do to tap into those wonderful benefits is to program our creative mind to those things by using our thoughts and imagination to see and think those things we desire in our mind on a constant basis.  When you think about something, mediate on it, dwell on it, and verbally affirm it the time and place will come that you will actually “Believe It” and then you will see those things show up in your physical world and reality.

When most people start off wanting to change their life and results and start using these methods to change their thinking they do not believe in their heart those things are true because they cannot see them with their physical senses and therefore believe those thing they are saying do not exists.

Create The Image

Changing things and conditions in our life is really a very simple and easy thing to do however most people have been taught and conditioned to bring about change the hard way and with much struggle and difficulty bringing about short term, mediocre results at best.  When we want to bring improvement and change in our life we start to set goals, make adjustments, and start working hard to make those changes.  That is the “Wrong Way” to create lasting and permanent change.

The correct, effective, productive and easy way to improve and change things in your life is to simply create an image of exactly how you want things to be and hold that image every day and soon you will find that circumstances and events start changing on your behalf and that image in your mind starts to become reality in your life.

If Someone Says “No” To Your Offer…Hire Them!

What do most professionals do when a prospect tells them No to their offer?  They will do one of two things.

1. They will go away feeling rejected and defeated with a giant hole in their ego

2. They will become the world’s biggest pest until the customer kicks them out or finally resentfully buys…then cancels.

But there is a 3^rd and better way!  When someone says No to your offer, chances are very high they know someone who would say Yes to your offer, and if you are willing to pay them enough for that referral they will go to their data base like a deep-sea diver.  When someone says No to my offer, I tell them I understand, my offer is not a fit for everyone.  Then I show them five $100.00 crisp bills and say, but if you do know anyone that is looking for this (whatever I am offering), these five $100.00 bills are yours as a referral thank you.

Your eyes will bug out of your head when you see how quick a rude, no time for you, not interested in your product person suddenly now becomes your Best Friend!  I had many a No’s turned instantly around and buy my product and then say…”Now how many people can I refer to you?”  It is the perfect Painless Conversion plan to turn strangers into loyal customers that becomes a referral machine for you.

Using this method of marketing and selling will drastically turn a negative situation into a fabulous situation and cause your income to go up and make a lot of new friends as well as contacts.  Far too many people say that money is not that important (those are the stupid ones) yet it is amazing what happens to those same people when you put nice warm fuzzy one hundred dollars bills under their nose.  Their eyes get glazed over, a smile comes upon their face and although they were as mean as a junk yard dog, they now have become as docile as a baby lamb.

I once handed a man who purchased some gift certificates at our retail outlet our book The Millionaire Within as a thank you gift.  He looked at the book, and then threw it on the counter and said, “I don’t want that damn book, I am not interested in money”.  I jumped up, smiled as big as I could and shook his hand and said, “Wow, you made my day, in 50 years on this planet I never met someone as stupid as you!”  Keep up the good work because I am a hard guy to surprise and shock.

The guy was so stunned, and did not know how to respond, he had a hard time finding the exit door.  He walked away with his lips moving but no words were coming out. I am lucky he didn’t knock my teeth out!

I had another genius when I told him about the $500.00 referral fee say, “Is this some kind of a bribe?  “I said, it can be, is that what you were looking for?”  He replied, “I don’t take bribes…is there any else we can name it?”

What is so great about this method is how much fun you will have. I had one lady ask me after I showed her the five hundred-dollar bills, “Is there any way you could do a thousand”? I said sure…bring me two referrals!  I once paid a CFO of a major medical firm $58,000 in referral fees, that dude was motivated!  Of course he was a major center of influence and had a lot of high quality contacts and network, and I paid him much more than $500.00 for each referral but I asked him one day how he got so motivated…he looked at me and said, “I have kids!”

Here are two given about every professional;

1. They all have contacts and know people
2. They all would pick up $500.00 if they saw it laying on the ground

Trying To Build Wealth Backwards…

Growing up I was never what you would call “Mechanically Inclined” and perhaps that is why I never liked reading instructions which is why anything I tried to fix or install never came out right.  Unfortunately, most people, professionals and business owners who seek to create and build wealth go about it backwards and this is why they fail to achieve what they seek to accomplish.

Let me give you an example; most people seek to build a company, develop a product or service and put all their energy, time and money into this phase of the business.  Once they exploit this avenue to the tilt they proudly look up and are

 satisfied that it is the best Gizmo that ever hit planet Earth.  Now, after resources are almost depleted, and everyone is worn down and wore out, they go about in the marketplace to sell it.

Big Mistake.  Most of the time this plan leads to bitter disappointment and failure; it is trying to build wealth backwards.  What is the correct way?  This is what only the few know and are unwilling to share with others.  But I am going to revel it to you here.

The most valuable asset of any company is their “List” of customers, clients, prospects and followers.  The first step in building wealth is not building a company, product or service; it is building a “List” which is composed of three elements.

1. Build an Audience
2. Develop a Following
3. Sell Them Products 

You build your list by Lead Generating Products; better known as Free Informational gifts of reports, books, CD’s and DVD’s.  Once they respond to receive your free offer you begin to feed them with more valueable information and then they will on their own accord start to follow you.

Once they start to follow you and you continue to take care of them by solving their problems, and giving them constant value the next organic thing that happens is that they start buying your product line without resistance. 

No more trying to get people to buy things, begging them to sign up on your opportunity, Hell most of the time the stupid bastards won’t even show up to the meeting after they promised you they would and you are left like a glossy eyed Jack Ass pacing the lobby floor tying to call them which of course goes straight to voice mail.

No more cutting prices down so low that all profit is lost just to get the deal.  No more fear of where your next sale or lead is going to come from.  No more headaches, upset stomach and rectal leakage because you just don’t know how you are going to make ends meet this month!

If I had to start from scratch today and if I had no idea what kind of business I wanted to start or product I wanted to sell I would spend 90 percent of my time building my list by giving things away.  You can sustain a very healthy list for a very long time without ever asking them to purchase anything.  This way you have plenty of time to decide what you want to sell and when you are ready, you will have a house full of guest ready to buy!

Now that my friend, is the correct way to build wealth.  Build a List First and then find out what you want to do!
