If you ever bought a new car from a dealership you know what a hectic, all day battle that is. In fact after 8-10 hours everyone from sales people, managers and you are wore out bloody mess and you drive off with your new car needing a week to recuperate from that battle.  Welcome to the world of Sales!  Now, do you want to be part of that mess?  I do not know about you but I run from that junk as fast as I can.  The great new is, you can run and operate a professional profitable business and even sales career without using these types of tactics.

You see everything in life is based on “Seasons”.  If you understand that you will know every person that is exposed to your “Offer” is either ready for it or they are not.  They are either “Harvest Ready” or they are Green.  If you eat a green banana it will only give you the runs so why eat it?  I have had many customers, clients and prospects give me the “Monazuma Revenge”. It was my own fault, they were green and I tried to make them ripe or harvest ready.

Resolving Obstacles

Problems, struggles and challenges do not go way because we want them too, they don’t dissolve even if we desperately need them to go away.  The only way obstacles are resolved and overcome is by dealing with them.  Because it is much easier to focus on doing the things we enjoy in life and business it becomes very easy to ignore issues that we would rather not deal with.  However, whenever we have areas that need to be addressed unless we address them head on they do not go away but in fact get worse.

Living a successful and abundant life requires daily discipline, growth and investment in you.  Look at your life as the greatest investment on earth.  What are you daily putting in? Because what you put in is what you put out.  It is the same with our money.  How we look and view our money will determine our financial future.  Nobody could possibly deny the economy problem we are facing globally. One cannot deny the fact that the US dollar is in serious trouble and that we are headed for another 1929 financial crash.  People in 1929 were warned 3 years before the crash that is was coming.  The ones saying that were labeled “Crazy Fanatics” that should be put in a mental hospital.  It was the “Roaring 20’s” how could they have a financial collapse?

Learn to Organize

Learning how to organize, focus, persist and delegate are extremely important attributes to have in order to reach your full potential.  I was talking to my good friend and master entrepreneur Joseph Botelho about success and we both agreed that success is important but the aim in life is to create “Significance”.  Significance entails everything you would find in success like wealth, achievement, awards, fame, recognition, dreams and power but adds these 3 elements to it:

1. What are you going to leave behind that will continue to better your family and humanity after you are gone?  Will people remember your name 50 years after you are gone?  Shoot most people are forgotten 50 days after they kick the bucket.  This is why I think everyone should be a published author.  We still read books that are over 100 years old today keeping that persons message and memory alive and their message continues to bless generations.
2. Is what you do making a positive impact on people?  Are you making the lives of people better with what you bring to the marketplace?
3. Love is the greatest force on earth.  I wish I could honesty say or describe what true love is or how it works, but I can’t.  What I can tell you is that we can see it and recognize it when it appears in our life from another human being.  It comes through the eyes, words, touch, compassion, forgiveness, empathy, caring, giving and acting. Love is much too powerful to contain in words, it has to be expressed in action.  What teen age boy has not told his girl friend “If you love me you will have my baby” That is not love, that is growing out of control hormones in full swing!

I encourage you to take a look at your life and revamp it not just to attain success but take it one step higher to “Significance”.

Millionaire Habit

The great thing about the “Millionaire Habit” is that you do not have to be a Millionaire to practice it but if you practice it you have a good chance of becoming one (Millionaire)!  What is the “Millionaire Habit” you ask?  It is simply acquiring and saving Gold one small gram at a time.  It really breaks down to about $65.00 worth of Gold you are saving.  To me when I learned this concept over 30 years ago way back in 1980 it blew my mind.  To know and realize that I could create financial freedom even as a 19 year Janitor with 2 kids and no education by simply systematically saving and acquiring Gold that I shouted “I can do that”!

Scrubbing floors with Gold in my possession made me “feel” like a Rich King with a giant Turban on my head riding on a decked out Bling Bling Camel with precious jewels instead of a 19 year janitor cleaning buildings.  Get some Gold it will make you feel like a King or Queen.

Within the last 60 days we have had over 60 people come on board our Gold saving plan and have transformed themselves to ones who now “Own Gold”!  I assure you they did not have to make any major adjustments or leave their job, career, or business to do so.  They simply started the simplistic method of the Millionaire Habit.

Saving Gold does not require you to change your job, your career or your company. Saving Gold is just saving money, it’s just saving superior money that goes up instead of paper money that keeps going down.

The same wealth concept is still current today.  It does not matter what kind of industry you are in or what you do to earn a living, if you did nothing else but start saving Gold you could position yourself to become financially free before you kick the bucket. 1. It feels fantastic to carry Gold in your pocket! The positive energy and vibration of carrying Gold makes you a “Prosperity Magnet”.  That energy pulls good to you by the sheer principal of wealth attraction.  Anyone who struggles financially should carry a gram of Gold in their pocket. That energy will attract more Gold to them!
2. Carrying Gold allows you to be the Master of money and not have money master you by running from you, stressing you out and run you into the ground trying to get it.
3. Wealthy people for generations have carried small amounts of Gold on them.  It is one of the most closely held secrets among the rich. Rich people have pockets full of Gold and poor people have pockets full of maxed out credit cards.
4. Wealthy Mindset.  You cannot maintain a poverty mindset when you have Gold in your pockets.  Carrying Gold helps you maintain a wealthy mindset which we must have in order to become rich and stay rich.
5. Carrying Gold is the physical evidence that you are Rich and getting richer by the day! Broke people don’t carry gold, they carry paper money and that is the very reason they struggle financially.  Paper money can never have the energy strength to pull great wealth and riches to you.  Paper money carries a very low and weak attraction energy force and that is why it’s so hard to accumulate on its own merit.

What are you Trading for It Today?

What did you trade your day for yesterday and what are you trading for it today and what are you going to trade it for tomorrow? We can think about many items that are valuable but when it comes down to it, days are one of the most precious and valuable elements in life.  You see, once we spend that day, be it invested well, enjoy it or blew it, that day is gone forever, never to be used or captured again.

Millions of people trade their days for fear, worry, anxiety, stress and unhappiness. This is a poor trade off for something that is as valuable as a day.  What we must demand in trade for each one of our days is peace, harmony, joy, happiness, fulfillment, energy, and health which equate to be a good investment on our part.

Everyone has problems, everyone deals with things that are unpleasant and uncomfortable but that does not mean that we must exchange our day for unhappiness. Along with lots of success I have had lots of failures in my life personal, financial and business and I found how to keep those failures from destroying me.  This is my system I use; In everything I do I give it everything I have, full out, full commitment and do the “Very Best I Can” that way no matter how the chips fall be it the way I want them to or the opposite of what I want I can walk with my head held high knowing in my heart I did my best and nobody can ask for more than that.

I like what Dr. Fred Price said, “I gave up worry and stress years ago because it never solved anything”.  I have found most of the stress, worry and fear we go through are nothing more than the results of poor planning, poor choices and poor decisions we made in the past.

In fact I would be willing to say that over 90 percent of all our financial problems stem from poor choices. Not turning some of your paper money into gold is a bad money choice that will bite you in the “End” (that is a double whammy end).

Make better choices and you will enjoy better days. Demand full quality for exchange of every day that goes by and for goodness sake whatever you do, sock away some Gold!

Do You Have The Millionaire Habit?

My Good Friend Wilfredo Novoa is one of the best Network Marketers I know of and his success secret is he knows “No” means “No” and leaves it at that.  He was the one that taught me the awesome secret that, “We look for people who “Want” our product not “Need” our product. As he goes about his marketing he simply gives out information, answers questions, collects a decision and moves on.  If every professional could learn and master this technique you would have so much more peace and double your annual income.  I was having lunch one day with my good friend Brian Tracy when he said that the best way to grow your business and income is when you present your opportunity to friends and family and they tell you they are broke… “Believe Them”!

When it comes down to it, effective marketing is simply hanging a sign outside that says “Welcome” allowing access to those who want to come in.  Marketing is about inviting not selling.  For instance when I talk or write about Gold Bullion I am not selling Gold I am simply inviting people to save their own money.  How could anyone in their right mind believe they will ever have any money in the future when they do not save any in the present?  Everyone grows old, and at some point we will get to the stage in life where our earning power is gone.

Both my parents were above average income earners and I grew up living in a home with a swimming pool, new cars, the latest clothes, toys and gizmos as a kid.  My brothers to this day say I was spoiled (they are still Jealous and mad).  Anyway, the time financially came when my parents grew old and the lifestyle of a high income earner and non saver caught up with them and they lived out their latter years needing to be supported and living with their children passing away with no earthy wealth.  A sad but true story and the path of most people as well as the fate that awaits the majority of all people. Only 3 percent become and stay Wealthy.  Right now you are on the path of the 97 percent headed to “Broke Ville” if you do not regularly save a part of your income.

No one I know worked harder than my parents, took care of their children and provided them with all the comforts of life but their fatal flaw…they never made the choice to save a little bit of all that money they earned during their working years and thus died broke.

If you wait till tomorrow to start saving money in a blink of an eye you will find that the only thing that is floating in your money jar are your “False Teeth”.  That is how fast time slips away! With Gold Bullion just $65.00 a gram every household in America can own and accumulate Gold.

Save Your Way to Wealth

If you ask any true wealthy person they will tell you that you “Save” your way to wealth, yet the average person is out there trying to “Spend” their way to wealth.  They purchase the flashy car, expensive jewelry, over large homes, exotic vacations, and all the latest electronic toys on the market.  Now I am not condemning those things or saying one should not have them.  What I am suggesting is that style is more of the behavioral habits of a high income earner and not one of a true millionaire.

In fact, you should do yourself a favor a read the bestselling book “The Millionaire Next Door” a study and survey of the average Millionaire and you will learn that they live lives  far different than the average high income earner.  The authors of that book asked one Millionaire what was his favorite beer?  He replied “Free”.  Of course I am not advocating a lifestyle of depriving yourself of the comforts of life, in fact that is one major purpose of financial freedom is to enjoy life and without the finer things in life that is hard to do.

The real question at play as I see it is “Priority System”.  How you go about earning your money, saving your money, spending your money to create and sustain wealth.  If you took out a $100.00 bill and laid it next to $100.00 worth of Gold you would find three major factors at play.

1. Both are real currency
2. Paper money is only getting weaker in buying power and going down in value
3. Gold money is getting stronger in buying power and going up in value

The question is what kind of currency do you want to save and build your wealth on? Do you want more paper money which is of a weaker power or Gold money which is far more superior money?  Your answer to that question will determine your sustainable wealth status over the long run.

“Gold Rush Booms”

I want you to stop and realize for a moment that 2014 is now half gone.  With half of the New Year gone you must take a serious look at your financial conditions and ask yourself if you are hitting your money and business goals so far.   If the answer is no you have to seriously shake yourself and do something about it.  Before you blink we will be in December and do you really want to go through another struggling Christmas?

The rich are not buying and saving Gold because the price is going up but because the paper dollar is going down!  If you understand that statement you will not only save yourself from financial disaster in the near future but become financially independent.  I can understand that you can question my view point because I am not a “Financial Adviser” and although I have been heavily buying Gold Bullion since 1980 here is a Gold Expert you should listen to.
