Be too big for Gossip.  As a high caliber Professional never allow yourself to give gossip or be part of gossip or spread gossip.  You are to high quality of a person to allow yourself to stoop to that type of low caliber behavior. Donald Trump has a policy in his company that he says is one of the main reasons why his company is so successful which is “Never Do Business With Any One You Do Not Trust”.  Trust is an attribute that is more valuable than all the diamonds in the world.  Trust unlike precious diamonds cannot be purchased.

As humans we often make mistakes and we will continue to make mistakes as long as we are on this earth.  And the fact is the more you accomplish, the more you succeed, the more wealth you create the more mistakes you will make.  Greatness is paved with the road of mistakes.  Mistakes do not make you untrustworthy.  If your company goes bankrupt that does not mean you are dishonest and cannot be trusted.

Trust is not a product of a perfect life that never makes mistake, Trust is a byproduct of the “Intention of the Heart”.  A person who cannot be trusted is a person who has a wicked heart full of evil intention to do harm to people on purpose.  Once you intentionally do evil to someone from the corruption of the heart you will never be trusted again and that is a very sad thing that will mar your career and future.

Mistakes can be forgiven, status can be restored but broken trust creates an irreparable breach in relationships.  Yes broken trust can be forgiven but trust can never truly be restored.  Be very careful that you do not get marked or marred as one who cannot be trusted.  You can lie about people and say that they cannot be trusted but in time that person’s integrity will rise to the surface and it will be known that those were false accusations.  On the other hand no matter how much you try to hide or cover up a corrupt heart that cannot be trusted, that too will soon surface for all to see.

In everything you do keep a high standard…you are a true Professional!

“Problems We Solve”

We are known and remembered by the “Problems We Solve” or the “Problems We Create”.

The marketplace is very attracted to those who solve problems and will in fact pay high fees depending on the importance of the problems you solve. This is why I counsel business owners and professionals never “frustrate your customers and clients” but always seek to make your business culture one that is easy and user friendly.  We welcome problem solvers with open arms and appreciate their contribution to our life, but when we encounter a “problem creator” we want to run to the rest room and throw up!

There are some people no matter what, they always have problems, create problems and are a major problem.  The sad fact is, they don’t want their problems solved they just enjoy causing problems.  These people are extremely toxic and addicting and difficult to rid your business and life from, that is what makes them so dangerous.  It’s ok to be a “walking problem” when we are toddlers but hey when the diapers come off so should our problem making come off too.  Our Grandson E-Jay who is coming up to his first birthday is a bundle of joy who we love without measure, but that homeboy is trouble on two little legs.  Our house looks like a “Hurricane” hit it after he comes for a visit.

The other day Melinda went to go pick him up, and she wanted to take our Nissan Cube but I said no just take the new car.  As we left together in separate cars, I taking the Cube got to the corner when I had this major vision of E-Jay in the back seat slinging cookies, crackers and juice all over the leather seats in our brand new car.  I slammed on my brakes, made and instant U-turn and flew down the high way to catch up to Melinda.  Speeding with flashing lights and honking horn I finally caught up to hear and yelled “Pull Over”!

I jumped out of the car and said…I just had a Vision and it wasn’t good!  We traded cars instantly.  Let’s make sure as professional adults we get the reputation of being a “Problem Solver instead of people looking at us and having a vision of a “Burning Inflamed Hemorrhoid” on two feet better known as a pain in the rump!

Time Factor

“Time” is the great factor which decides financial freedom or financial struggle in our future. Time is broken down for the most part in centuries, years, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes and seconds. It is what we do in (or fail to do) in the small increments of time like days that is the great determination wealth factor in our life.  The strange thing is, this dynamic of time goes unnoticed, undetected, and silent but holds the power to change generations and world affairs.

“Time” becomes our greatest allay or our most deadly enemy. How we apply and manage time determines our fate in every aspect of our life. “Time” is working to build our wealth or working to destroy our money.  For example in 1932 $100,000 in US dollars (paper currency) is now worth $2,000.00 in 2014.  Time eroded its purchasing power and strength.  $100,000 in Gold in 1932 is worth over 4 Million dollars toady in 2014. Time worked to increase and multiply the purchasing power and strength in Gold currency.

Many people thought (and speculated) that the way I was able to build our publishing, speaking, and Mentoring and film companies were through skill and hard work, however that was not the Secret although we do work hard and hone our skills daily.  My secret has been that I “Listened to those who had what I wanted and followed their actions”.  A very simple plan that anyone could follow.  I am amazed at how so many people work so very hard to create financial stability in their life yet refuse to listen to the very people who have not only financial stability but financial freedom.

Learn to Organize

Learning how to organize, focus, persist and delegate are extremely important attributes to have in order to reach your full potential.  I was talking to my good friend and master entrepreneur Joseph Botelho about success and we both agreed that success is important but the aim in life is to create “Significance”.  Significance entails everything you would find in success like wealth, achievement, awards, fame, recognition, dreams and power but adds these 3 elements to it:

1. What are you going to leave behind that will continue to better your family and humanity after you are gone?  Will people remember your name 50 years after you are gone?  Shoot most people are forgotten 50 days after they kick the bucket.  This is why I think everyone should be a published author.  We still read books that are over 100 years old today keeping that persons message and memory alive and their message continues to bless generations.
2. Is what you do making a positive impact on people?  Are you making the lives of people better with what you bring to the marketplace?
3. Love is the greatest force on earth.  I wish I could honesty say or describe what true love is or how it works, but I can’t.  What I can tell you is that we can see it and recognize it when it appears in our life from another human being.  It comes through the eyes, words, touch, compassion, forgiveness, empathy, caring, giving and acting. Love is much too powerful to contain in words, it has to be expressed in action.  What teen age boy has not told his girl friend “If you love me you will have my baby” That is not love, that is growing out of control hormones in full swing!

I encourage you to take a look at your life and revamp it not just to attain success but take it one step higher to “Significance”.

Turn your Paper Money Into Gold

There are two major things I always strive for:

1. Multiply my (financial) seed (by sowing it)
2. Turn paper into Gold!

During the dark ages “Alchemists” would work on trying to mix elements together to produce Gold.  I am told that even people like Isaac Newton and Nostradamus took this study of trying to create Gold serious.  Of course they failed for Gold cannot be manufactured. The interesting thing about Gold is that there is a very limited supply of it and there is not enough for everyone and that is one reason why it is so desirable and precious.  Ask any wealthy person and they will tell you “It’s foolish and financial suicide not to own some Gold”. 

The Alchemist dreamed of taking base metals and turning them into Gold, the fairy tale writer dreamed and wrote about a “Goose that lays Gold Eggs” and the little green man searches for the Pot of Gold at the end of the Rainbow.  

Of course we would all love if these “fictitious” tales were true but we all know they are not but… There is one such tale much like these fictitious ones except this one is real.  You can actually turn “paper” into Gold.  You see, that is exactly what we do when we acquire Gold Bullion.  We are taking paper money (which is losing its buying power by the day) and turning it into pure Gold.  In the end no intelligent person believes that paper currency or paper money will last and is stable.  Paper is paper and it does not have much value in and of itself, even if it is green.  In 1971 Richard Nixon took the US dollar off of the Gold standard making the US currency backed by nothing more than the paper it’s printed on.  This way the Government can print as much of it as it wants creating the illusion that “All is Well and Prosperous”.  Just look at our economy and you will see the wisdom in that theory.

Millionaire Habit

The great thing about the “Millionaire Habit” is that you do not have to be a Millionaire to practice it but if you practice it you have a good chance of becoming one (Millionaire)!  What is the “Millionaire Habit” you ask?  It is simply acquiring and saving Gold one small gram at a time.  It really breaks down to about $65.00 worth of Gold you are saving.  To me when I learned this concept over 30 years ago way back in 1980 it blew my mind.  To know and realize that I could create financial freedom even as a 19 year Janitor with 2 kids and no education by simply systematically saving and acquiring Gold that I shouted “I can do that”!

Scrubbing floors with Gold in my possession made me “feel” like a Rich King with a giant Turban on my head riding on a decked out Bling Bling Camel with precious jewels instead of a 19 year janitor cleaning buildings.  Get some Gold it will make you feel like a King or Queen.

Within the last 60 days we have had over 60 people come on board our Gold saving plan and have transformed themselves to ones who now “Own Gold”!  I assure you they did not have to make any major adjustments or leave their job, career, or business to do so.  They simply started the simplistic method of the Millionaire Habit.

Saving Gold does not require you to change your job, your career or your company. Saving Gold is just saving money, it’s just saving superior money that goes up instead of paper money that keeps going down.

1. It feels fantastic to carry Gold in your pocket! The positive energy and vibration of carrying Gold makes you a “Prosperity Magnet”.  That energy pulls good to you by the sheer principal of wealth attraction.  Anyone who struggles financially should carry a gram of Gold in their pocket. That energy will attract more Gold to them!
2. Carrying Gold allows you to be the Master of money and not have money master you by running from you, stressing you out and run you into the ground trying to get it.
3. Wealthy people for generations have carried small amounts of Gold on them.  It is one of the most closely held secrets among the rich. Rich people have pockets full of Gold and poor people have pockets full of maxed out credit cards.
4. Wealthy Mindset.  You cannot maintain a poverty mindset when you have Gold in your pockets.  Carrying Gold helps you maintain a wealthy mindset which we must have in order to become rich and stay rich.
5. Carrying Gold is the physical evidence that you are Rich and getting richer by the day! Broke people don’t carry gold, they carry paper money and that is the very reason they struggle financially.  Paper money can never have the energy strength to pull great wealth and riches to you.  Paper money carries a very low and weak attraction energy force and that is why it’s so hard to accumulate on its own merit.

Building Your Business

Why do people give up and quit in business?  Building your business and marketing are not normally fun and pleasant things to do.  It is like going on a journey through a hot desert in search for an Oasis but enduring the beating sun, hot sand and a camel that has bad breath and passes gas along the way combined with the “feeling” you will never find water is many times to unbearable and people simply give up!  Working on your business and marketing is like going to the dentist.  For me, oral hygiene is extremely important so I visit my dentist often for regular check-up’s and deep cleaning about every three months.  Even on these routine check up’s and cleanings I have to stop a block from my dentist, get out of the car and walk around the block giving myself a “courage talk”.

It takes every ounce of mental discipline not to go into a full panic attack when I walk into the dentist office and smell the aroma of “Needles”. However, I push through all that unpleasant feeling because having a “Million Dollar Smile” is really important to me.

I have found over the years most audiences want their speakers to have all their teeth in their head. My thoughts, hey what’s a few missing teeth among friends? But most event planners don’t appreciate the humor in that! (lol).

As you go about building your business in the pursuit of your Financial Dreams the Journey will at times be long, the camel you ride will be foul and obnoxious and when it seems like you will never find your “Oasis” Don’t Give Up…Water will be found, the Gold is out there, your desired Treasure is waiting for you.  Hang on, it is worth it!

The BIG Tooth!

The other day I had noticed that I been really wound up tight for some time now, and with the work pace that I and Melinda keep its very easy to get caught up in it and not pay attention to mental signals that say “Yield” “Reduce Speed” “Curve Ahead” “Watch Out for Deer” and even the big red one that says “Stop”.   As I was emotionally flying pass all these signs the final one came on Monday morning when I went to brush my teeth and my front bottom tooth fell out and went down the drain!

Now I take excellent care of my oral hygiene and spent 26k on dental implants fixing my smile back in 2006.  When that tooth fell out I looked like a Boxer that lost a fight! As I stood there looking at myself in the mirror and this big giant gap in my teeth it came crashing down on me that I have been so consumed with work that along the way “I Lost My Peace” and now I lost my cotton picking tooth.

If you don’t recognize that you lost your Peace the next wakeup call is you may lose your teeth! It took two visits to my dentist and two days without a tooth to get it back in and replaced. I have one of the top cosmetic dentists in California and this dude is not cheap.  The good news is, it made me kingly aware that I lost my Peace in my heart.  It was a strange thing to happen since Melinda had been gone for two days on family business and I was “home alone”.

For the two days that I sat at home with the wind whistling through my missing tooth I had a serious talk with myself and God and realized the plan and path to prosperity is to keep “God in your heart and Gold in your pockets”.

Peace is the only thing that will safely navigate us through the storms of life and gold is the only road map that will get us through financial struggles in life.  Peace is priceless even though it’s free from God when you ask Him for it and Gold is still affordable that anyone can obtain it.

Position yourself with Peace and Prosperity it really is the only way to live.  My peace is back in my heart and my tooth back in my head, got gold in my pockets and I am a thankful man.

Getting What We “Want” Depends Upon What We “Do”

Getting what we “Want” depends upon what we “Do”.  Everyone wants things but very few are willing to do the things that will get them the things that they want.  I use to think this was a strange thing but I have learned that this is simply the natural behavior patterns of one’s deep seated beliefs and past conditioning.  And this program keeps running keeping us on the same pathway and keeping from us the things we truly want and desire.  It’s a vicious cycle but the good news is it can be broken.

No matter what business or enterprise you are in, 99.9 percent of you reading this want to become financially independent.  Here is the financial freedom plan that will allow you to become wealthy while you maintain your current business and enterprise.

1. MSI Multiple Streams of Income.  If you research any multimillionaire you will find they all have multiple streams of income.  It is one of the most fundamental and non negotiable rules of wealth that exist among the rich. Do you have more than one income stream?  If not don’t except to become Financially Independent.
2. Saving Do you save a certain percent of your income and pay yourself first? If the answer is no, you have not developed the wealth habit and cannot expect to become rich and financially independent.
3. Currency Are you consistently moving a portion of your paper money (which is losing buying power each day) into Gold money which is growing stronger each day and has been for the past 6000 years? If you are not, then you have the possibility of being a high income earner but not positioning yourself to become financially independent in the future. Please remember “high incomes” do not create financial independence, they only create a false sense of security that will eventually cause you to come crashing down to earth like a lead balloon falling out of the sky.

There are only two ways to create wealth, money at work and people at work. When you use the Law of Attraction correctly even when things go wrong they turn out right in your favor.  I have had dead deals resurrect, lost sales come back, negative events transform into positive events, lost money return with increase, bad things turn into good things and blocked doors suddenly open.  I heard Dr. Fred Price say that when he found out the truth about the Word of God “It was like God suddenly starting liking Fred and Betty Price”.  What he did was find out how to use the Law of Attraction the correct way and everything started turning to his favor.  Therefore it would feel and seem like “God suddenly started liking you”.

And once you believe something you will see it physically as a reality in your life…Guaranteed.
