“Intention of the Heart”

Be too big for Gossip.  As a high caliber Professional never allow yourself to give gossip or be part of gossip or spread gossip.  You are to high quality of a person to allow yourself to stoop to that type of low caliber behavior. Donald Trump has a policy in his company that he says is one of the main reasons why his company is so successful which is “Never Do Business With Any One You Do Not Trust”.  Trust is an attribute that is more valuable than all the diamonds in the world.  Trust unlike precious diamonds cannot be purchased.

As humans we often make mistakes and we will continue to make mistakes as long as we are on this earth.  And the fact is the more you accomplish, the more you succeed, the more wealth you create the more mistakes you will make.  Greatness is paved with the road of mistakes.  Mistakes do not make you untrustworthy.  If your company goes bankrupt that does not mean you are dishonest and cannot be trusted.

Trust is not a product of a perfect life that never makes mistake, Trust is a byproduct of the “Intention of the Heart”.  A person who cannot be trusted is a person who has a wicked heart full of evil intention to do harm to people on purpose.  Once you intentionally do evil to someone from the corruption of the heart you will never be trusted again and that is a very sad thing that will mar your career and future.

Mistakes can be forgiven, status can be restored but broken trust creates an irreparable breach in relationships.  Yes broken trust can be forgiven but trust can never truly be restored.  Be very careful that you do not get marked or marred as one who cannot be trusted.  You can lie about people and say that they cannot be trusted but in time that person’s integrity will rise to the surface and it will be known that those were false accusations.  On the other hand no matter how much you try to hide or cover up a corrupt heart that cannot be trusted, that too will soon surface for all to see.

In everything you do keep a high standard…you are a true Professional!

RELAX!!

Why not try mixing “prayer” to your daily routine, you may find that is does wonders in combating stress, anxiety and fear.  A simple prayer of “Gratitude” goes a long way in bringing about peace in our heart and life.  As we all seek to do more, gain more and be more, the overload of this type of lifestyle can take its toll on our lives.  I shared with you a few weeks back how I woke up one day and realized I lost my “Peace”.  I was in such a mode of work and passion overload that life had to have one of my front teeth fall right out of my head in order for me to wake up and slow down.

When you are a professional speaker it is a heck of a thing to smile and look like a boxer who lost the fight!

It was a “Fire Alarm” that got my attention.  Since then my peace has been restored (and my tooth too!) and Melinda and I make it a early morning habit before we do anything else to spend a little time in prayer and being thankful for our life and all the good things we are blessed with. We also say a prayer for you and over you that you would receive every blessing in life God has for you.

Many times the best way to speed up is to slow down!  Take some time out from your stressful and busy day and just be good to yourself. Go get a foot massage, take in an afternoon movie, sleep in for once and enjoy life.  Remember Prosperity without Peace is no prosperity at all.

Need more money?  Try giving some away.  To the natural mind that sounds like insanity yet it is a Universal Law that works. You plant a seed you reap a harvest.  No one thinks a farmer is crazy because he uses this system.  Over the past 34 years I have given my way out of financial jams into financial abundance on many occasions.  In fact in 2004 I wrote a book about it where I highlight some of the wealthiest men on the earth like J.C. Penny, and John D. Rockefeller, and many others who went from broke to wealth using this system of giving.  It worked for them, it’s worked for me, and it work for you too.

Building Your Business

Why do people give up and quit in business?  Building your business and marketing are not normally fun and pleasant things to do.  It is like going on a journey through a hot desert in search for an Oasis but enduring the beating sun, hot sand and a camel that has bad breath and passes gas along the way combined with the “feeling” you will never find water is many times to unbearable and people simply give up!  Working on your business and marketing is like going to the dentist.  For me, oral hygiene is extremely important so I visit my dentist often for regular check-up’s and deep cleaning about every three months.  Even on these routine check up’s and cleanings I have to stop a block from my dentist, get out of the car and walk around the block giving myself a “courage talk”.

It takes every ounce of mental discipline not to go into a full panic attack when I walk into the dentist office and smell the aroma of “Needles”. However, I push through all that unpleasant feeling because having a “Million Dollar Smile” is really important to me.

I have found over the years most audiences want their speakers to have all their teeth in their head. My thoughts, hey what’s a few missing teeth among friends? But most event planners don’t appreciate the humor in that! (lol).

As you go about building your business in the pursuit of your Financial Dreams the Journey will at times be long, the camel you ride will be foul and obnoxious and when it seems like you will never find your “Oasis” Don’t Give Up…Water will be found, the Gold is out there, your desired Treasure is waiting for you.  Hang on, it is worth it!

Embracing The Journey

2010 started off in the right direction and with great momentum.  We kicked off January with the production of our 3rd Movie called The Journey.  We were really excited because we had just signed on Brian Tracy to play the lead role in our upcoming movie. Although 2010 was not developing into a spectacular year, it certainly was better than 2008 and 2009.  We had our Red Carpet Premier for the movie in December and in a private luncheon with all the cast members Brian Tracy began to share some very interesting information with us.  Many people know Brian Tracy from his many books and International Speaking career but what most do not know about him is that he is a very astute financial scholar of world economics and global currency.

He shared with us that things were going to get worse in the coming years not better.  And the economy will get into deeper trouble and is not close to recover from its troubles.  I remember sitting there thinking “Wow, this is the last thing I want to hear”.  He said the coming bad years was not the problem, the problem is not being “Prepared for the coming bad years”.

At the end of 2010 as we closed out, once again were stable, solvent and survived the storm but it was very sad to see so many professionals we knew well get wiped out.  We seen people lose their million dollar homes, lose over 70 percent of their incomes, have their companies go bankrupt and many of them lose everything.

As we geared up for 2011 we could feel the weight and the pressure of the economy and wondered what awaited us in this upcoming year.

2011 turned out to be a very interesting year but the biggest surprise came when… you know the drill by now, I will give the final facts of 2011, 2012, 2013, and why on July 1, 2014 a new bill was passed that may change the way we do business in America that is going to shock the socks right off your feet.

The Journey of 2008

If you did not read yesterday’s email, go back and read it or you will not understand what I am talking about today.  With that being said lets continue the story…

January 4, 2008 we flew back home and I went back to work as usual, ready to keep the pace we left with.  Still not really knowing what was wrong I just put it on the back burner and continued to work.  However by March I had noticed that my list seemed asleep.  Meaning sales had been down and sluggish and my following customer base just was not responding like normal. I remember telling a friend of mine “My List has fallen asleep and I need to wake them up”.  I was half way joking not really being concerned about it because we were still making a lot of money and I figured it was a slump that would soon pass.

By October of that year 2008 it started becoming acutely visible that something now was drastically wrong.  My list was not waking up and I started seeing people who once had a lot of money now suddenly starting to struggle.  Financially our companies were still fine and we even were expanding in some new areas.  By the end of the year of 2008 when our taxes were done we were down about 100k from 2007.  Still not worried or scared but was certainly concerned now.  Something strange was happening in the fact that many wealthy people I knew were finding themselves in financial trouble for the first time in their professional lives and while incomes were going down the price of Gold kept going up.  That was an alarm bell I did not hear or recognize.

As 2008 closed we had new plans, new formats and new products and we were going to turn things around in 2009 by…  (We will pick up story tomorrow)

Getting What We “Want” Depends Upon What We “Do”

Getting what we “Want” depends upon what we “Do”.  Everyone wants things but very few are willing to do the things that will get them the things that they want.  I use to think this was a strange thing but I have learned that this is simply the natural behavior patterns of one’s deep seated beliefs and past conditioning.  And this program keeps running keeping us on the same pathway and keeping from us the things we truly want and desire.  It’s a vicious cycle but the good news is it can be broken.

No matter what business or enterprise you are in, 99.9 percent of you reading this want to become financially independent.  Here is the financial freedom plan that will allow you to become wealthy while you maintain your current business and enterprise.

1. MSI Multiple Streams of Income.  If you research any multimillionaire you will find they all have multiple streams of income.  It is one of the most fundamental and non negotiable rules of wealth that exist among the rich. Do you have more than one income stream?  If not don’t except to become Financially Independent.
2. Saving Do you save a certain percent of your income and pay yourself first? If the answer is no, you have not developed the wealth habit and cannot expect to become rich and financially independent.
3. Currency Are you consistently moving a portion of your paper money (which is losing buying power each day) into Gold money which is growing stronger each day and has been for the past 6000 years? If you are not, then you have the possibility of being a high income earner but not positioning yourself to become financially independent in the future. Please remember “high incomes” do not create financial independence, they only create a false sense of security that will eventually cause you to come crashing down to earth like a lead balloon falling out of the sky.

There are only two ways to create wealth, money at work and people at work. The rich use the system of “people” at work (employees, teams, and/or down lines in NM) but the wealthy use both money and people to create and sustain wealth and financial freedom.  Make sure you are maximizing your earning potential to hit your destination of financial freedom by using these three methods of wealth.  I will be happy to teach you how I maximize business, money and profits.

Short Cuts Never Pay!

Short Cuts never pay…they cost!  This is why my Millionaire Mentor never took them, nor ever tried to get the “Rock Bottom” price on anything.  He knew that “we get what we pay for” and knew that law cannot be manipulated or beat.  He said the way to the top both in riches and happiness is by buying the best and honoring its price tag.

If you look at the unhappiest people on earth both those who are broke and rich are those who are constantly looking to save a dime on everything.  It amazes me to see gas stations filled to the brim when they lower gas prices 3 cents.  The lines, the people getting mad, getting into fights over the pumps just to save 3 cents.  It’s a miserable way to live.

I felt the pain of this dysfunctional system the other day.  Our normal procedure in our warehouse is to ship all products out UPS.  Since I don’t work in our warehouse and I had a package to ship I thought I would just save some time and ship it out flat rate postal.  Hey it only cost $12.00 bucks what a deal.  The only problem was they messed up on the delivery, the customer never got his package, it made me look bad and I had to resend the package overnight UPS and it cost me $118.00.  It made my Mentors words 30 years ago ring out loud and clear; “Mr. Boyer never take short cuts in life and never worry about saving a dime, to do so will cost you a fortune”.

Look at your life and see if it is riddled with trying to take short cuts and save a dime here and there.  I am told that my mother never washed our cloth diapers (this was in the 50’s) she just threw them out. I guess this is why my father held down three jobs!  Her comments were, “I’m not touching that Mess”.  When it comes to taking short cuts in life and business and trying to save a dime, take on mom’s advice and say, “I’m not touching that Mess!”

Why Businesses Fail

As a business professional I want to share some inside secrets with you that I successfully use every day to sustain a thriving business, create financial freedom and how you can do the same.  Right now as I speak thousands of business are closing their doors and going out of business, and if you asked most of those owners many would point to a bad economy.  However, that is not the reason for business failure.

Certified Mentor

If you have followed and worked with me for any length of time I have shared with you how at the young age of sixteen I would go down to skid road in Los Angeles, California by myself every Friday night and give the homeless people money.  From my teenage years I had this unrelenting depth of compassion for the lack and struggle I see in people. In my early twenties when I would see homeless people tears would stream down my face as I whispered a prayer “Please God make me a Millionaire so I can help these people”.  The reason I do what I do with our Mentorship programs is based on that compassion for people.  On Saturday Melinda and I went to an auction that was for the estate sale of the Legendary Rock Star Tom Petty.  It was not that he died, but went through a very bad divorce and the majority of the possessions had to be liquidated.

As I watched many people with deep pockets pay outrages sums of money for these items without blinking an eye, there were many there that only had a few dollars to spend.  As these people would bid there small bids were soon wiped out by much higher bids and I watched the disappointment and sadness on their face as they were not able to purchase anything.  One lady was there for over 9 hours (we stood 12 hours) always bidding and being disappointed.

Finally an old scarf came up for bid that nobody wanted (his bed was valued at 40k and sold for about 3k) and she got it for $40.00.  The joy on her face was amazing because she was able to get something (that nobody else wanted).  My heart and compassion went out to this lady and sadness filled my heart.  An unbelievable surge of determination once again griped my soul to help everyone I can to become financially independent and enjoy all the good life has to offer.

It took me years of hard dedicated study and tens of thousands of dollars educating myself to find the key and secrets to riches and how to help anyone obtain wealth and financial freedom. And now that I have those exact plans how to do it, I reach out every day and invite and compel people to let me help them eradicate lack and obtain riches in their life.

Many times I feel like Noah preaching to the masses of his time to enter the Ark and be safe and prosper.  Most days I come across people who are “Overwhelmed” with stress and problems.  But do you realize you can be “Overwhelmed” with success, joy, health, and riches!

Renew your Mind Daily
