“Reality Changer”

What you don’t know is what is stopping you and keeping what you want from you.  This is why the weekly studies we give all our 1 Year Mentorship students to study (called module one) is the most important pillar of our entire course.  Neglect that part and you abandon and abort your dreams, goals and progress.  How can you make a cross country trip if you refuse to put the gasoline provided for you in your car?

We have been taught wrong how to live right. How do I know this? Look at your results.  We need to learn a new way to live better and the faster we acknowledge this fact the quicker we can start changing our current reality.  One thing I do every day is work on my “Reality Changer” sheet.  This is a sheet that I write down things how I want them to be and then keep my focus there.  As long as I keep my focus on how I want things to be I don’t have to try to go out and kill myself trying to get the things I want.  It’s a secret marketing method I call “Mental Marketing” and it produces the most amazing results. What I have found is that you can literally “Think Your Customers In” which is nothing more than what Mr. Hill preached over 80 years ago when he wrote “Think and Grow Rich”.

Each of has a mission to do and once we discover what that mission is we can then start positioning our self to become unstoppable.  I learned many years ago that my mission is to help people eradicate lack from their lives.  Today my entire focus is to put the right tools in your hands so that you can produce the right results in your life.  Now here is the interesting thing, we must seek those who want our help not need our help.  Many times what we need we don’t want because of the price in time, effort, discipline and sometimes money it will cost us.  Find out what you are suppose to be doing and then make a decision to do it…at any cost!

Short Cuts Never Pay!

Short Cuts never pay…they cost!  This is why my Millionaire Mentor never took them, nor ever tried to get the “Rock Bottom” price on anything.  He knew that “we get what we pay for” and knew that law cannot be manipulated or beat.  He said the way to the top both in riches and happiness is by buying the best and honoring its price tag.

If you look at the unhappiest people on earth both those who are broke and rich are those who are constantly looking to save a dime on everything.  It amazes me to see gas stations filled to the brim when they lower gas prices 3 cents.  The lines, the people getting mad, getting into fights over the pumps just to save 3 cents.  It’s a miserable way to live.

I felt the pain of this dysfunctional system the other day.  Our normal procedure in our warehouse is to ship all products out UPS.  Since I don’t work in our warehouse and I had a package to ship I thought I would just save some time and ship it out flat rate postal.  Hey it only cost $12.00 bucks what a deal.  The only problem was they messed up on the delivery, the customer never got his package, it made me look bad and I had to resend the package overnight UPS and it cost me $118.00.  It made my Mentors words 30 years ago ring out loud and clear; “Mr. Boyer never take short cuts in life and never worry about saving a dime, to do so will cost you a fortune”.

Look at your life and see if it is riddled with trying to take short cuts and save a dime here and there.  I am told that my mother never washed our cloth diapers (this was in the 50’s) she just threw them out. I guess this is why my father held down three jobs!  Her comments were, “I’m not touching that Mess”.  When it comes to taking short cuts in life and business and trying to save a dime, take on mom’s advice and say, “I’m not touching that Mess!”

Are you Chasing the Carrot?

Over the past 30 years working with thousands of people from a vast array of professions and the good fortune to work with the top international leaders in our industry it has allowed me to see a very clear pattern why 5% (5 percent) of people reach their dreams and 95% (95 percent) fail to reach them. It has nothing to do with the stars, mystery, luck, hard work in and of itself, spirituality, prayer, faith or anything else we would like to put the blame on.

Many success plans attempt to “Teach you how to Get There” (your dreams) however in this email I want to address what “Keeps you from Getting There” (your dreams).

Here are the top 5 things that keep the 95% (95 percent) chasing the carrot yet never getting it.

1. All Talk No Action:  I am not sure if this is due in some cases from a nervous tic or it’s a soothing balm for the mind to ease the pain of lack and failure.
2. Excuses:  My millionaire mentor told me 30 years ago I could make money or excuses but not both at the same time.
3. Justification:  They become (angry and hostile) masters of convincing themselves that it’s not their fault for the lack of results and then go on a massive campaign to convince others of the same thing.
4. Stay on the Same Plan:  Working hard on things that don’t work won’t make them work! Yet I see professionals circle the same failure path over and over until they drop dead.
5. They Know Everything:  Someone once said if there was any topic you wanted to know about just ask a teenager…they know everything!  Sometimes we go from teenager to adulthood with that same behavioral pattern. 

In the past 30 years I have never seen anyone permanently damaged and could not make a comeback from taking a risk to follow their dreams.  In fact part of the equation of success is multiple failures better known as “education and training” to a higher level of living.  Every millionaire I know has had multiple failures, setbacks, bankrupted, disappointed, discouraged and the temptation to give up…but they didn’t and that is why the continued on to reach their dreams.  Take a look at these 5 failure traps and see if they are part of your life and if they are, dump them A.S.A.P.

Why Businesses Fail

As a business professional I want to share some inside secrets with you that I successfully use every day to sustain a thriving business, create financial freedom and how you can do the same.  Right now as I speak thousands of business are closing their doors and going out of business, and if you asked most of those owners many would point to a bad economy.  However, that is not the reason for business failure.

Businesses are closing down at a rapid pace because most business professionals have no understanding how money and wealth is created in the business world.  Many professionals think that money is a byproduct of hard work and long hours but they are not.

Instead, money and wealth are by products of positioning and systems.

The two wealth portals are Exposure and Association. Exposure of who you are and what you do and who are you associated with.  It’s through these two channels that money flows to you as a business person and the flow is dependent upon the size and quality of those two portables.  The larger and stronger they are the more flow and amount it can produce.

If you want to expand your income, expand your visibility in the marketplace. If you want to super charge your income, add the proper associations to that exposure.

They way I have created a financial fortune is to relentlessly capture every opportunity I have to become more visible in the marketplace and to constantly upgrade my circles of association.

Exposure and Rock Solid Associations are key factors of business and financial growth but the important thing to remember is that this type of marketing is a company lifestyle a business culture and not a marketing campaign.
